After you email or call us we will chat about your projects requirements and arrange a site visit to get a full understanding of your needs.

We will arrange a good time to come visit your site where we can answer all your questions, offer our professional advice and provide you with a comprehensive, obligation free quote.

With a clear, tailored project plan we start the way we mean to finish in delivering both a premium level of service & workmanship. Every project will have its own file on our job management system recording all aspects of your project from colour schedules to specifications, waste management plans to your very own specific requirements to help our staff provide you with a seamless transition.

Throughout the project

Your project manager & site supervisor will be available to you throughout the project for queries & will meet regularly throughout each week to ensure quality control. Health & safety is a priority to us & will be discussed each week at our tools box meetings.

Signing off

At the conclusion of each project our project manager & site supervisor will complete our quality assurance procedures before walking through the project with you, the client, before we sign the project off as another success!
